Rank is a number of stars in the top left corner. Level is a number mentioned in the bottom right corner. What is the difference between Rank and Level of the Artifact? Other Artifacts - Gauntlets, Chestplates, and Boots - can have either flat or percentage primary Stats.
Weapons, Helmets, and Shields always have only flat primary Stats. Percentage Stats increase the Champion's Stats by the percentage stated. Flat Stats improve the Champion's stats by a certain amount.
